I can't get internet connection at all on my laptop, so I can't download this program to figure out what is wrong with my connection.

Perhaps you have a friend that will let you use his/her computer to download this onto a cd or a usb flash drive?    ???    ;)

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Bob3160.  This made my connection.  It asked for my network key and CharleyO told me to download it on a cd and run the program on my laptop.  Thanks for everyones help.  It's working great.  I just need to do some updating now on my laptop. :D
