about netfilter driver

will avast smart scan or full virus scan be able to at least detect if this malware exist in your pc or not?
i dont know if i get this or not, i just want to know if it detected by avast scan or not, so maybe i can try to see if i get it or not by doing smart scan/full scan 1st??
