HTML:Url-inf[Susp]

What does the HTML:Url-inf[Susp] means, one of my user experience this. The email shield have deleted the email and as per checking it is a normal email that he received regularly.

Hello,
the detection means that the email contains an URL which is on blocklist.

Can I edit or check that blocklist? thank you for the response

and also only 1 user experience this, other user who are recipient of the email didn't encounter this alert.
