Avast slows down browsing online in video

Hello, I installed Avast Premium 21.5.2470 (build 21.5.6354.680) The brakes of freezing in online video and micro-freezes started, especially when watching YouTube, DNS turned off did not help.reinstalling the antivirus also did not give a result

- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

64bit / windows 10 pro / 21H1/ 19043.1110  /Before installing Avast, I used ESET, erase it with the Eset utility, and search the leftoversl on the C drive, remove the remnants of the antivirus. There are no other programm ones related to virus protection. It seems that this is only in the new version 21.5.2470 (build 21.5.6354.680) this is observed
