Threat Secured message

I keep getting a Threat secured message on my screen and can't get rid of it. Also the message says notification.trk-aliquando.com because it was infected with URL-phishing. What is aliquando.com and where do I find it to delete the issue website?

Thanks! I have clicked onto your link and report it on there. I can send a picture of screen shot but is not very clear as got shin from a window sorry if needed.
