Hello everyone,

I'm pleased to share with you the news that the new version of Avast Business Hub (8.24) has been released and it brings new Alerts sections. Alerts sections provide a smooth way to manage all alerts from all your services, reviewing the history and of course an option to define which alerts you want to receive. Everything in one place.

New Feature(s) & Enhancements
  • Added new Alerts section which provides an overview of all alerts from all services in one place
  • Added history of alerts that are resolved by a user or automatically under the new Alerts section
  • Added Alerts settings allowing users to turn on and off alerts which are relevant to a company
  • Added possibility to set email notifications for a single or multiple companies when using a multi-company console
  • Updated Alerts related actions for multiple alert types
  • Removed the Notifications and Transfer from other console options from the Legacy UI menu section
  • Added support to display Cloud Backup customer’s storage usage directly on the Dashboard of the multi-company console
  • Added alert about Cloud Backup service upcoming expiration or storage limit reached on the Dashboard of the multi-company console
  • Cloud Backup related data in reports and widget are synchronized more often, resulting in better accuracy

Resolved issues
  • Fixed an issue where devices were visible in reports and widget after Cloud Backup was uninstalled
  • Fixed an issue when patch information disappears from patch detail when reloading page
  • Fixed an issue with wrongly displayed currency in the shopping cart for some regions
  • Fixed an issue with the arrow icon in the policy settings indicating the collapsible area remains unchanged when the line was expanded
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to create tasks for devices under the Uninstalling device status
  • Fixed an issue with getting an error when trying to dismiss an alert
  • Fixed an issue when the agent was using 98% of device resources on some Mac devices

Known issues
  • CBC-12938 Stopping task for patch deployment doesn’t work
  • CBC-15423 An error when trying to subscribe for more devices
  • CBC-17182 Restart dialogue comes back after manually canceled by a user
  • CBC-17601 An error message show when deploying missing patches under rare circumstances
  • CBC-18046 Global Policy does not get applied correctly
