Can some1 tell me if I should have Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic 7.00.04.15 with my avast! anti-virus home edition?

Any Help would be great.  ;D

No, you can't without deep changes in Avira installation.
It was possible in the past, on version 6, not anymore.

Having two resident scanners installed is not recommended as rather than provide twice the protection it can cause conflicts that could leave you more vulnerable.

absolutely not!
two diffrent  protections may let you  into trouble sometimes(for example:make some mistakes in the system....)
so ,don`t be fool.like they said on tv ;)
