Everyday annoying AD at my desktop.

This cannot be serious, each day I turn my PC i see this ad at my desktop, every day! Whats up?

Unfortunately I can't read what it says.
Have you turned off the options under personal security?

I cant disable Avast ad in free version, only 3rd party software.

Thats a fact. I still don't know what ad this is.

Thats a fact. I still don't know what ad this is.

I can only go by the format/layout of the popup and I haven't received anything that looks like that.

However, on a laptop I don't switch it off every day.

Yes, i already hit that button and declined that offer, but it comes everyday again.

I did CLEAN installation of 21.6 version and i cannot get rid of this AD. Even if i am in fullscreen mode it popups over it. Is so annoying, please remove this adware.
