i start to download it with antivirus but nothing to do for update it!

where can i down load the file and download it manually?

What do you want to download or update?
The program and the virus database could be updated by the skin controls or at the system tray icon...
If you want to download manually the entire virus database: http://www.avast.com/i_idt_250.html
If you want the entire file to install (setup... .exe): http://www.avast.com/i_kat_67.html
