How do i access passwords via the program from another pc in the same account?

Im singed in my Avast account in my laptop, aswell as on my computer. I want to access the passwords i set and saved on my computer from my laptop, how am i supposed to do that?

Can you confirm if you used the Avast Passwords application to save these passwords you are referring to?
