I have a site that transfers data from the above URL and it takes mucho time to do it. Several other people have gotten Trojan horse notices on this site and google gives a problem statement on it. Does anyone know anything about it and why doesn't avast pick it up?

The first approach is clean...
But Dr. Web doesn't judge downloadable files in that website.
You can check in SiteAdvisor or Finjan test pages too.

Not that s103 sub-domain but for the main domain siteadvisor give a big red X. For primarily a browser exploit. Take the time to visit the link below as it makes very interesting reading, dangerous site.
