Hi malware fighters,

A security researcher, worried about the growing number of  distributed denial of service attacks developed a tool himself that disables Windows zombies. Ironically enough the tool itself also runs on Windows and is aimed to be easy to use. "Win Anti Zomb" is an anti DDoS tool and it can disable known DDoS agents like Trinoo, WinTrinoo, Shaft, Mstream, Stacheldhart Ver 1 & 2, Trinity and Entitee.

The tool sends a specially crafted packet to the Window zombie, and in this fashion disables the DDoS agent. A FAQ, as well as the tool itself can be found here:
