Those two programs are paid for products and not part of the Avast Free Antivirus and possibly not Avast Premium either, so may well be programs in their own right.
You don't say what program you have/had that you uninstalled ?

Certainly the Avast Secureline (VPN), so this may not be removed with the avast antivirus program.
Is there an entry for either of them in the normal Windows, Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program area ?

Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

If the folders were removed without doing an un-install, that could result in the error you're seeing.
It that is the case, the only easy way to remove is by re-installing and then doing a proper uninstall.
