Avast Premium Cleanup is a joke...

Every program that Avast Premium Cleanup identified as slowing my system down is something that I installed.

Some of the programs that it said were slowing my system down.
- VMware workstation
- Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Acrobat

If all of these are set to start at system boot, they would certainly slow things down.
Without more details, there really isn't any way to know why Avast made that statement.
