On 26.7.2100 I paid £59.99 for the new edition of Microsoft word.
 On 9.8.2100 I installed anti tracking with your company
{big mistake}  The situation is causing a big problem. I have not received Microsoft word and I cannot print documents.  The Anti tracking is preventing this.  I need to cancel the anti tracking.  I have spent hours trying to do this without success.  Please - please please cancel the anti tracking feature which will solve these problems on my computer.
We are now desperate.

I would suggest that you uninstall AntiTrack to see if this helps with the issue you are experiencing.
