Different UI settings for diffent users?

Hi,
My XP machine has 4 user profiles: one admin and the other limited accounts.
I'd like the admin to access the advanced user interface in English, my limited account to access the skinned UI also in English and the other two profiles to use the simple user interface in Portuguese.
Is it possible for avast (ashdisp.exe ?) to keep different settings for multiple users?

Unfortunately, not. Language is not a per-user setting (it is a system-wide settings).

As far I know, system specific, not per user based.
