How can I block and special file ?

I've been receiving a file whose name is "Netservice.exe" almost every day, this file have the Lovegate-f worm and is comming from my internet service (netzero). Every day I erase this file when is comming, but I want to know if I can do that automaticaly. This file is not important for the sistem, in fact it is just for publicity, there is not matter when I erase it.

Thanks for your sugestion Raman, I not sharing my hard disc anymore, I really don't need to do that because this is a personal computer and I'm not in red with others, but I'm still don't know how dangerous can be this virus, could I lost data ? or it's just a problem of vulnerability ?.

I'm not a professional with computers and I want to know if there is and easy way to remove this bugs from my computer, I already read the "manual removing from Norton" and I think is a little bit difficult, I can not buy an antivirus right now and Avast do not fix this problem.
