I write a batch script. When i was run it, avast deleted my script without notify (Avast updated the day before. Probably therefore that caused reset ). I run to carntyne and try to recover my script but i get error recover. Two days wasted >8(

Hi,

Have you tried to "Extract" it? Please see this guide for more information: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Use-Antivirus-Quarantine/
If this does not help, please report it here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php

If by "it doesn't work" you mean when trying to Extract, you get an avast alert ?

Then try this - If it is still in the Virus Chest, you could send it to Avast (Send for Analysis) from the Virus Chest/Quarantine).

Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

That one is new to me as it depends on the location and type of file.
For example if the detection was a file from an archive, Avast may not be able to place it back in the archive.  But your image doesn't give any indication of the avast alert or its previous location, so I can't really say.

If you do send it, give it a few days and run the script again and see if avast still alerts.

Oh. You misunderstand me.  I need to get back my script, Avast has deleted it. This script was the one, i haven't a copy. Now i try to get back my script with restore.
What kind of information you need that help me with restore?

P.S.: Anyway i already sent through "analysis". Avast has reported is success. If it sent then file coming you. Now you only have to send to me, of course, if it's possable.

As an avast user not an Avast Team member I can't do this.  Lets see if r@vast an Avast Team member gets back to the topic and gives you an answer.

Reporting success only confirms it has been successfully sent, it will need to be analysed by one of the Avast Virus Labs Team.  If it is subsequently found to be a false positive, I'm hoping that it will then allow you to Extract it (if the failure in this case was due to it being stopped again).

Also did you try the Restore and Add Exception option from the virus chest (or did that also fail) ?

I forgot answer on this question. No isn't archive. The script is located on a folder

The same
