OK one PC is running Win Vista and other PC is XP and both has same Problem and for Fire Wall is Windows Never had problem till update of Avast Build.
and to by past login screen have to shut down On-Access Protection this not good to do so tells me theres is a problem with the updated Version.
I would suggest you try a clean reinstall.
Download the latest version of avast
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html and save it to your HDD, somewhere you can find it again. Use that when you reinstall.
Download the avast! Uninstall Utility,
find it here and save it to your HDD.
Now uninstall, reboot, run the uninstall utility, reboot install the latest version, reboot.
Also from your first post:
at first i thought it was my PC and found to be the update build 4.7.1029
it will not let me login to any web login page or any online game login,
Were there any error messages ?
You shouldn't have to stop on-access protection, that removes all protection, try Termination of the Web Shield provider that should allow access.
The problem we have is avast doesn't block it merely scans content, it isn't a firewall, so there would appear to be some conflict and that is usually a firewall blocking ashWebSv.exe, since XPs firewall doesn't have outbound protection I can't see where that conflict comes from.
