Hi,
Will "Ultimate" continue to be offered once "One" will be available (almost) everywhere in the world?

Hi Chris,
Ultimate will continue to be offered, but Avast One will be preferred in marketing and communication.
Best,
Edward

Hello everyone!
I am highly impressed that Avast will now be offering their products in just one program, but I just have a bit of a concern. If I understand this right, the entire UI will be new which can have a little bit of a negative impact on the accessibility for screen reading software, unless it will be optimised. When it comes in Europe I will of course give it a try and provide feedback.
Kind regards,
Urh

Hi Urh,
We've tried hard to make Avast One as accessible as all Avast products. Your feedback will be valuable for helping us improve, so please share when you get a chance.
Best regards,
Edward

Bonjour,

Hello,

User of Avast products for a good fifteen years, after having tested other programs, I have always been satisfied...

No virus has passed, and with teenagers sometimes sailing in murky waters, it was not won:-X

Having to renew my Avast Vpn subscription soon, my Avast Cleaner subscription as well, and finally my Avast Internet Security subscription a little later, I was seduced by the "all in one" solution...

Only "regret", I have only 2 positions to protect, forced to take the version "5 positions"... Well, with the black Friday, it’s okay;D

Uninstallation of old modules (with the planned tool), small error on my part, forgot to disable auto-protection, no problem for Windows 10, war for Windows 7... (see my post https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=308446.0).

Program even more "light" than the previous ones at the level of resources:)

Easy handling, even if new...

Powerful built-in tools, whether it’s cleaning, searching for drivers (I had taken 1 year of Avast Driver Updater, just for my W10... 16 drivers for my W7), cleaning, etc...

Only small downside: I want the Vpn to be activated as soon as I start my Pc, something parameterable with Avast Vpn... That is not the case.

Even if we check "always enable the VPN", it is never active from the start, forced to activate it manually... Not to mention that it deactivates itself, for example when posting here :P.

Finally, some messages are redundant... For example, I protected 774 files as soon as it was activated, and this information, it tells me "774 file to protect"... I go, well, they are already protected...

In short, a few small improvements to provide for the product to be, in my opinion as an informed user, perfect...

A bit complicated perhaps for a beginner... ;)

As your support by the way  :P

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback.

The "Always turn on VPN" option relates to how the VPN Secure Connection responds when you connect to an untrusted Wi-Fi network (e.g. public Wi-Fi)(https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/5/#idt_040). You can view and change the network connection in the firewall settings (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/One-FAQ/idt_4450)

Please consider contacting Avast support via https://support.avast.com/fr-fr/contact/paid for further assistance.

Thank you very much  :)

I would have liked the Vpn to "launch" automatically, as we could do with the module apart... It doesn’t seem to be planned, but I will continue to read...

Otherwise, I will make a ticket for support  :P

Regards  ;)

I think it should be possible with a script or with the task scheduler on a "win startup" event but you need to know the subprogram that launches the VPN manually.

There are settings that you can change. See if this helps.
This turns on the VPN automatically when connecting to public sites

If you scroll down there's also a second setting that you can select.

Open the UI > select Explore > Under Online Privacy select > VPN Secure Connection
Next, select > Open VPN to get to the settings I've shown.

Hi. Have just purchased a subscription here in Australia today and am having issues installing the product on a Samsung tablet. When try to sign into my account I get a "something went wrong, please try again or contact support. Code 1005. I have contacted support but they didn't seem to have any info on that code, so they are apparently going to get back to me. I just thought someone here might have come up against this issue. Thanks

Is there a difference between the free version of Avast and the full version of Avast?  Is it possible to use "Avast Premium Security" keys with Avast One? And, more importantly, can it be implemented in India?
