OK now i am 100 percent sure that you are indeed Mastertech. Well i don't really care why you're back here on avast! forums but since you are here maybe you could answer my question:
I am not going to argue about this anymore, I will wait for a moderator to straighten this out.

Why does everyone want to clean the registry? What is the benefit? It does not improve performance.

Next week I'll start my Vista experience and learning curve... right now, only guesses and Google
Any problems Tech just shout I have been using it now since January
Thanks... most probably I'll come back with questions like this: In XP it was here... now in Vista, where is it or in XP I do this, how can I do the same in Vista? 8)

The guy is coming from the same subnet, going under the Andrew name on his blog and having the same arguing pro-ms fanboyism tone as MasterTroll.

Is there anyone going to object on his removal?

Like I said his IP is not mine - we both have Comcast Internet. ::)

So now that I prove I am not Mastertech I am still going to get banned? ???

Same Pro-Microsoft fanboiyism tone? This is very strange reasoning. ???

I am really confused. I posted that Registry Cleaners do not improve performance and this is not allowed? That is trolling? These are the most bizarre forums I have ever visited. I was assuming a moderator would see my IP and that would be it but instead I am involved in a bigger conspiracy. ???

I said:
a) same subnet
b) *tech almost same nick
c) going under 'Andrew' name on websites (Author: Andrew K on optimize guides,  Posted by Andrew on Populartechnology)
d) same flawed arguments, same tone, same fanboyism

That's _4_ points to prove you're MasterTroll going around the permanent ban you got for your trolling.

Well before I get banned for the crimes of having Comcast as an ISP, the name Andrew and stating that Registry Cleaners do not improve performance I would like to suggest that Mr Mark Russinovich be banned if he ever dares visit these forums:

"A few hundred kilobytes of unused keys and values causes no noticeable performance impact on system operation. Even if the registry was massively bloated there would be little impact on the performance of anything other than exhaustive searches."

Which one of my arguments is flawed? What did I state was fanboyism of what?
