Best software fix and clean the registry for Windows Vista?

I am not going to argue about this anymore, I will wait for a moderator to straighten this out.

Why does everyone want to clean the registry? What is the benefit? It does not improve performance.

I am really confused. I posted that Registry Cleaners do not improve performance and this is not allowed? That is trolling? These are the most bizarre forums I have ever visited. I was assuming a moderator would see my IP and that would be it but instead I am involved in a bigger conspiracy.

Well before I get banned for the crimes of having Comcast as an ISP, the name Andrew and stating that Registry Cleaners do not improve performance I would like to suggest that Mr Mark Russinovich be banned if he ever dares visit these forums:
