Zoho Desk Download URL:Blacklist

Hi,

I am trying to download an attachment in Zoho software but I get a Threat Secured pop up.

The following text appears in the pop up: We've safely aborted connection on download-accl.zoho.eu because it was infected with URL:Blacklist.

This shouldn't happen, the files are fine as it Zoho Desk.

How can this be resolved?
