Try File Hippo - https://filehippo.com/download_avast-antivirus/ though it has old versions available, I can't see any 21.x versions there.

Did a search for "Download avast 21.6" without the quotes and found this https://www.filepuma.com/download/avast_free_antivirus_21.6-29474/

@DavidR. Hippo v Puma again. I remember us having problem finding back versions of v18 some time ago and you posted link to filepuma for that as well. Good to learn old versions are still on there.

I would reccommend users keep previous copies of offline installers as backup, in case of problems with the latest release version.

there is no option anymore to search for rules as before. Now you expect users to scroll down through 70 apps to find the right one...
Hi, there's still a search option, see screenshot.

However, there are only free versions and Serjan would like to find an old paid version.
This never happened before in 8+ years I paid for your software. This is the most unstable release.

I hadn't read the full topic when I posted.

However, I just wonder if from the installation of avast free if the paid license is applied or assigned from the avast account, would that convert to the paid version ???

I too would recommend downloading and saving copies of the off-line installation file.

Just to emphasize, save the off-line installation file.
The online version will always install the current or most recent version.

Hello Serjan,
1. network and application rules can be filtered via button More->Filter rules.
2. Avast 21.6 is not possible to officially download.
3. Is it possible to share crash dump (related to application rule)? Dump file should be located here: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\ . If possible share to petr.blatny@avast.com .
4. Related to missing connection bars -> I'm sending the feedback to the UI/UX and FW team.

Thank you very much for letting us know.
Petr

ok, so that's how it is and does avast not have a feature to detect all malicious ports for free because there are some rogue or malicious applications using those ports to connect to hackers or malware networks ?
