I recently downloaded and tried AVAST Server for my home server.
I get the error message Application failed to initialize properly (0xC0000142) if i try to start an application.
Also the Logical Disk Manager can only be reached, if i end avast protection.
But the error message also comes sometimes again but not so often .i.e if i start Internet explorer
Also Windows update does not work.
When i completely uninstall avast server ed., Server works normally.
System Windows 2000 server SP4 german., latest updates.
512MB Ram ,4 Xeon CPU
Silicon graphics SGI 540 machine.
