winxp shutdown problem
« on: August 21, 2007, 02:48:49 AM »
I'm still having the winxp shutdown problem, task hangs on a awil process which I have to terminate manually.
I want to try the suggestion of switching from odbc to xml as suggested in an earlier post, but I can't find as suggested (right click icon/program settings/troubleshooting) doesn't show anything like that. Running 4.7
Am I looking in the correct place

For some considerable time avast has not used odbc or xml Edit: but sqlt.

What avast process is it saying there is a problem with, the full error text or a screenshot of it would help ?

Since version 4.7.807 a new data storage called SQLT is used by avast! Which version are you using?
