I can't write the registration key

I am deseperate ,  i can't write the key registration in the box make for this .
Instead of putting a window to write the password, it posts a window with a continuous feature where I cannot write.
I need help plz  :'(

Don't know why this should be so, but you can register online http://www.avast.com/eng/home-registration.php

Hmmm... judging from your question, can I assume that you already have the registration key but cannot key it into Avast as the memory scan just runs then brings you the avast main console?

If thats the case. When the scan intiaties, immediately click the "registration" button before the scan finishes. You will get the registration box and just enter your key there.

Also, just right click the 'a' blue icon and choose About dialog. License key button is there...
