My choice would be to leave it as it is in your image (although the default is all unchecked) if you add any further options you will impede your use of your system as you will be constantly alerted by pop-up choices.
As to the Allow deny if I used any of the options my choice would be Deny. My reasoning being if you have decided to block an option then you don't want to allow it just because you aren't there or it can't ask the question do you want to allow/deny the operation.
