Avast Premium Security is blocking HTTPS to my VM running under VMware Player

I have installed a FreeNAS under VMware Player and I'm trying to access it using the web GUI (HTTPS / 443).  If I pause Avast then it works immediately.  But when I check the firewall logs for blocked traffic, I see no connections to this FreeNAS on port 443.  Which component of Avast would be blocking this kind of traffic?

Set the Avast Firewall to private mode/network and reboot.
