trying to unsubscibe from auto renewal

I have been trying to unsubscribe from auto renewal but with little success   Very frustrating  even when i do access my account it shows the subscription is not active as far as when the date the program is to be renewed. Can anybody give  contact email details for avast anti track.

I'm not sure if this also has a section for Anti-Track - Though it would appear so "Applies to All paid Avast consumer subscriptions ".
