Screwed up my brand new computer so much. They would not let me talk with help techs. I had to restore all the old drivers. I am in only 30 days of a 60 day free trial and are charging for a year. HORRIBLE!!!!!

First of all let me sincerely apologize for all troubles associated with usage of our product.
This is not intentional behavior.
Could you please be more specific about which drivers you had trouble with? Also where did you get the information that you could not get in touch with our technicians? You can always contact our support center in case of any troubles or concerns you might have with our product.
And regarding the automatic renewal process, as far as I know you should not get charged earlier than at the very end of the Trial period cycle (after the whole 60 days). If that is not the case, again please contact our support center and they will walk you through the refund process and cancel your subscription if you like.
If you still experience any technical difficulties which might be connected to usage of our product in order to be able to help you I would like to ask you to send the log files so we can investigate where the problem is.
You can simply send them by executing our log collector utility from this path
C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Driver Updater\dulogcollector.exe and once the logs are collected they will be automatically sent to our server.
Once it is done, please send me
your email address you have used there into PM so we can join the logs with your report here.
