this is genuinely the worst anti virus software i have used, now i cant cancel my subscription.
Can someone [please tell me how to do this.

I could not find any subscription under the email address you used on this forum. Did you sign up for a free trial? If you did not provide us with payment details, then there is no subscription to cancel. Please also review this guide if need be: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Sale-Billing-FAQ/#idt_0310
