Hello everyone. I am extremely happy that Avast One is finally released. And as for the people asking on where it is available right now well here's my guess, and feel free to correct me on this but I think that the free version can be used anywhere, while for paying the premium version you need to be in a speciffic country that is outlined in the first post.

Considering that Avast One was initially only available in Australia others couldn't get it.  This was effectively an early limited release to test across more systems.  Others couldn't get it, since this is an expansion of that (and may be IP/Country restricted), I would guess support for it may not be available.  As you can see the listed countries are predominately English speaking.

So I just wonder if the UI is currently English only.

By the time it is available to all this very extended test will have ironed out some hiccups.

I'm only working in the information already in the Forums about restricted release.

If you can imaging releasing a new product to all of the 400+ million Avast users would be a tough ask.  Especially if you consider regular program update releases are in an update cycle of about two weeks to balance server loads, even if your Program updates are set to Automatic.
