Reinstalling Issues

Uninstalled Avast Free Antivirus software as wouldn't complete boot scan and crashed in safe mode. When I went to reinstall I was offered the new Avast One free download. However as I started to install it a message came up to say it wasn't compatible with Avast Premium Clean-Up which I've paid a subscription for and Avast Driver Update which I think is a free trial but I'll have to check. Uninstalled both but how do I get a partial refund?

Hi there.
So from what I understand, you paid for the Cleanup product sepperately without an Avast Premium security licence or any other product? Because if so there hasn't been a lot of info about that, but I am quite confident that if you have an Avast Premium security subscribtion which is a single device one you will be able to migrate sooner or later, well maybe you already can. The multi-device one still does not work.
