Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

Avast Cleanup says that Realtek High Definition Audio Driver is slowing down my computer, how do I remedy this or what's the potential cause?

You could check to see if there's a newer driver version available.
If not, it's something you'll just have to live with.
It could also be related to an attempt to get you yo install their Driver Updater software.
