One of the first to detect this was Dr. Web's, others followed:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/8d7a4581dfc33da64cf557df10b4e1ab758d81a1fbad7ad80a53ce137a749a92/detection

As GData had the original detection, avast should also have it as a generic detection (PUP-detection).
Did you check that out?

That is not for us to decide, we here are just volunteers.

How and what avast will detect is a matter for avast team members to decide,
they are the only ones to decide what is inside their detection range and what is not.

No av-solution has them all. You have been reporting it, and that was a sensible thing to do.
Just wait for their final verdict.

NOT DETECTED WHY?
The quickest way to get it to be detected is to submit it as suggested by Asyn

Asyn is an Avast member.

He posted a link where you can report the problem.

You can report a suspicious/malicious sample (File/Website) here: https://www.avast.com/report-malicious-file.php

Or possibly better
Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.
You should get a response in a day or two.
