PoP offering update to ultimate version

I received a pop up offering an update to ultimate multi, while adding what time I have with my Premium subscription.

I attempted to update through PayPal, but when click to go to PayPal for payment a few dots appears but nothing happens.

Also I have 3 computers but the offer only ever comes up on same computer.

This is most likely a browser-related issue. You can try to use "incognito mode". If this does not help, please PM me your email address associated with your subscription and I will look further into it.
