Avast Premium Tech Support

I am wondering when Avast will bring back a service called 'Avast Premium Tech Support'?   I used to subscribe and it as excellent.

Hi,

Avast Care ('Avast Premium Tech Support') is only available as an add-on at the time of purchase with another Avast product. Avast care is not available as a standalone subscription.
