How do i update my antivirus database without internet connection:

Hi Guys,

Pls help me in finding how do i update my antivirus database...without having internet connection, I am using avast 4.7 pro, help me guys...
i downloaded updates from home site but in vain...i am not able to instal that on my comp...DO support me team....

First you have posted in the avast 4 server forum, hopefully one of the moderators will move it to the correct forum.

You say that you downloaded updates from home site, do you mean these ?
avast! VPS Update - Manual Download - For updating an off-line systems, download using a system with internet connection, save the file to a CD or USB drive and transfer it to the off-line system and run it to update the VPS signatures file.

You also say you can't install them, why ?
How did you try ti install them ?
What errors or warnings did you get ?
