Antitrack

After a consultation with an expert by phone, I was instructed to reduce the no. of devices using antitrack from two, one being an unknown device of mine that is using the subscription and my actual device which isn't, by reinstalling Antitrack on my live device and adding the activation code that would make the no.1 device to be mine. Nope, it went from 2 of 1 device to 3 of 1 device. A distinct possibility is that the spurious device is my old pc?
Please help, someone, please....

Are you having difficulties installing AntiTrack on your device? Could you please provide more details of the issue you are experiencing?

Are you having difficulties installing AntiTrack on your device? Could you please provide more details of the issue you are experiencing?
Sounds like he needs help in removing devices that are no longer in use so the program only sees his one active device.

If the application was uninstalled (from another device) or if the other device (with AntiTrack installed) is not connected to the internet, it should only see the active device.
