Invalid Registration Number?

Have recieved e-mail to register,as message says 19 days left.Avast is working fine and I recieve the updates.Invalid Registration Number is the error.I am using the number sent me,but it does not work.Who do I contact to get this resolved?Thank You.

Are you referring to the Home (free) or Professional version?

Is your system date/time correct?
Do you use copy & paste method?
Are you sure you do not include the 'last blank space' in the paragraph while copying & pasting?

Please, post the last 100-150 lines of avast log: C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\log\Setup.log
