Do not disturb mode
« on: September 29, 2021, 07:42:36 PM »
I see that Avast One doesn't have the do not disturb mode feature of previous Avast which is also called the game mode in other products that makes sure the AV don't show any notification and hamper gaming performance in any way while gaming/watching a full screen content.
Why Avast One doesn't have this? Does it mean it may notify me if required while gaming?

You are right in saying that the mode is currently not present in Avast One. Messaging in Avast One has been reconfigured from scratch and should cause fewer disruptions. We will be looking into adding more granular configuration options but for now, consider using Silent Mode if needed, and please report any negative experiences. Thank you for asking!

Okay, thanks. So it's not fully matured yet and may take some time. No problem as the previous Avast builds are still available.
