"You are not protected" icon shows, but interface says I'm protected

I am using Avast Premium Security version 21.8.2487 (build 21.8.6586.695), and like I said in the header, the icon in the system tray has the red cross-out mark over it, indicating that I am not protected.  However, when I open the interface (which I just updated/restarted PC), the icon still shows as "unprotected".  Ideas?  ::)

A 'Repair' of you Avast Installation may resolve the issue.

Go to Menu (top right in UI) the Settings/ Troubleshooting then Scroll and click on "Repair App"
