« on: October 09, 2021, 09:36:14 PM »
Hi all!

The users of my website wXw.campusdelcambiamento.it  that have avast antivirus installed, are alerted from avast that webiste is unsecure and block the access.
We have scanned may times and with various antivirus but nothing problem is revealed.
So the site is clean.

i ve write 3 times on form to send false positive but i never have a reply from staff and my problem goes urgent.
How i can solve the problem now?

Some have suggestion? Someone in past have similar problems?

Please 'modify' your post change the URL from www to wXw, to break the link and avoid accidental exposure to suspect sites, thanks.

Nothing found here - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/b2f9f43b46277ae13dc10b4ac5b7be4834b90348a58d4b3b3e26be83d3e9df94
Low Security Risk here - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/campusdelcambiamento.it - Though some Hardening Improvements suggested.
Some outdated software found here - https://awesometechstack.com/analysis/website/campusdelcambiamento.it/
-  This may or may not be what Avast is alerting for - but you should certainly address this.

Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.
You should get a response in a day or two.

As an Avast User not an Avast Team member, so I'm limited in what help I can give.

As I said - This may or may not be what Avast is alerting for - just issues that could be exploited.

Having the exact same issue, and it is really starting to become a joke Avast.
To the point we physically have to disable Avast anti-virus whist we work on our site in admin.
have also messaged you and reported numerious times on the false positive, pull your finger out of your ass as you are affecting our customers from puchasing our products and yet we are paying for your service >:(

Avast have wrote to me, with excuses for late reply.
They have removed, after 5 insistent daily emails, the false positive.

And im grateful for the work that they do every day.

Had you posted some information in the detection, some here (Avast Users) could investigate and try to push it forward.

Just venting doesn't help.
