Hmmm....
I dont know what the problem you have currently....
But it seems that you are having a problem with a hardware recognize software or any program that working to recognize any hardware plug in usually mouse, camera or anything...
Maybe you should check this software....I have an experience with this kind of problems....
On the logon screen we cannot even click on the user or we just can enter the password and then the computer or the laptops starting hanging....

I was indicating that I found the solution and what that solution was. I am not having any trouble since applying the solution.
