Author Topic: I tried avast cleanup for one month and the year subscription paymant arrived  (Read 4347 times)

Hello guys,
i have a little problem here. I am logged on avast with my facebook account and there was a offer to try the avast CleanUp premium.
I tried it and i found out that it is not anything for me. I use my pc very occasionally.
However, i have thought that the subscription will cancel automatically when i wont pay for it. It was misstake, because i woke up on morning and saw that a year sub was paid.
Than i saw your support page and there is not such an email to write or something so im forced to write here.
Because im registered via facebook, i cant find any email from avast at all.
Only i can see is some subscription code in my app: ********88 and email on spir********@seznam.cz.
Can you help me somehow? I could realy use that money differently.

i have tried it. But in accout, the bill or subscription i have none. And in case i want to send request, im not sure that this: "***********" is im supposed to send

I just looked at my account and realized I was charged 3 times for this program in the year after cancelling the free 30 day trial. Such a rip off. I guess it is my fault for not looking at accounts but that is just a real scum bag move for this company. This is how they stay in business. STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.  So upset.
