If you are still using the same device as before, we will not be able to assist you since, as you know, it did not meet the minimum system requirements to run AntiTrack. If you have an updated device that meets the minimum system requirements to run Avast AntiTrack, please get in touch with Avast support via https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/paid_pc_avast-antitrack-premium
