Fragliche Infektion
« on: October 26, 2021, 01:17:54 PM »
Hello,
I'm also (beneath Cleanup Premium) using your Free Antivirus program.
From time to time there is popping up a message on my PC (in German, as I have installed the german version) :
" Wir haben Physicaldrive0  gesichert, da die Datei mit BOOT:Cidox-A(Rtk) infiziert war"
Details:  Dateipfad \\Physicaldrive0  Ursprung: c:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe  Erkannt durch: Anti-Exploit-Schutz
But after the asked scan ("Meinen PC überprüfen") will be reported, that there was no virus. Nevertheless the above virus window comes again.  Your program obviously cannot remove this root virus. Or is it an error message ?
What shall I do to get rid of it ?
All disks are GPT ones. System Windows 10 - 2H21 (newest)
Please give me a hint.
Antwort in Deutsch oder Englisch möglich
Kind regards,
Cap
