Exchange Outlook don't work with Avast Small Office Security

Houston, we have a problem!

Good morning to all,
i've installed on 4 pc Avast Small Office Security and from this point outlook can't connect to internal exchange server.

I tryied to add outlook like allowed apps, disabled firewall ecc. but anything don't work. If i disable all avast component i can work with exchange in outlook.

what can i do? any suggestion?
