Enjoy this beta!
We are looking forward to your feedback.

Also please be informed that we would appreciate if you would be so kind and try our Antivirus product based on so called "icarus" setup (installation and update engine) already used for other Avast products but now available also for AV. More information is here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=264883.0.
Please note that in order to get it, you need to uninstall the current one (automatic migration is not supported at the moment).

Hi, FYI - the beta updated the UI to .673, but a subsequent reboot reverted it back to .672

Inadvertently posted this in an old thread...

The 'Enable automatic changing of online fingerprint' option for the Web Shield is causing problems for some websites. On amazon.com, I am unable to see customer reviews for many items. An example is https://www.amazon.com/Fitbit-Advanced-Management-Tracking-Graphite/dp/B09BXQ4HMB/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=fitbit+charge+5&qid=1636063727&rdc=1&sprefix=fitbit%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-3
At costco.com, when trying to sign in, I get an error message that the site cannot be reached, then about 5 seconds later, it loads successfully.
Several other sites have given similar issues. When I turn the fingerprint option off, everything works fine.

The problem occurs in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

The firewall function is automatically turned on when the latest version of avast free version is updated.
It was said that it will be installed in version 21.7 or later, is that the reason?
By the way, some terminals do not have a firewall.

If you are using it in the current environment, sharing will not be connected within the local terminal,
I am in great trouble because I cannot print.

I don't know if the automatic firewall feature is turned on because of the automatic update,
or if Avast's free period has expired and it's time to update.
