Video Playback Disruption

I am experiencing disrupted video playback.

I am using Avast Browser on a Windows 10 system.

After I thought about the javascript error net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT, I thought that making the cookies of the domain that was generating this error would fix the problem. So in the browser I set a domain and subdomain to keep cookies (persistent cookies), but the problem persisted. I cleared the cookies of these URL's and of hte particular website that were I was experiencing the problem, but the problem persisted.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

Thanks for the great info!
First thing what we suggest is to disable the airplane mode. From the video you are using Wifi for connection and with AM you can have problem.
It would also help us to get the full diag of your browser from secure://settings/help -> Diagnostic Information

Please may I ask you to follow few more steps so we have detailed information about the specific video:
1. Open video
2. open secure://media-internals/ in the another tab
3. select recently opened video in the Recent Players
4. Click on 'copy to clipboard'
